I am a mobile member already and now I want to add the internet package with the promotion for quebec. I'm a software engineer and I build web site and user experience and I wish you hire me to clean the mess in your systems!!
1. Using the internet platform a get unhandled exceptions if I start the process after login in. If I logout first then I endup in a OUPS page.
2. I cannot initiate the chat
3. Using the telephony, I get stuck in a place where the automated system has a bug
Luckily for me you still have store with humans that will be able to handle my request. What a waste of time...

Welcome to the Community.
When looking to complete a transaction online, there is a few things to consider;
- If the browser you're using isn't working, you can try to clear your cookies and cache and try again. If the issue continues, try a different browser.
- Make sure to not log out of your session when trying to link a service to an existing account or it will sever the connection and get the OUPS error.
- Make sure the pop-up blocker is deactivated for the Virgin Plus website.
Try that out and keep us posted if you still have any issues.
