This is the message I see when putting in my phone number or account number (I tried both):
"Unable to register
Our records show that ********* is either not the account owner or is not accepted for registration, so we can't let you register with this mobile phone number.
Please register with your 9 digit account number instead."
I can't link it.

As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine the cause. However, we're here to help wherever we can.
Below are a few tips and tricks;
- Make sure your browser is updated to it's latest version
- Clear the cookies and cache
- Try a different Browser
- Try in incognito mode
- Log out of all Virgin Plus My Account apps/profiles and wait a few minutes and try again
- Delete your My Account profile and start fresh
Give those a try and keep us updated with the results.

I have similar issue. Got a new phone and after logging in, it does not allow me to link my only bill.

Hi there @Yasmina and welcome to the Community.
Are you still unable to link My Account to your Virgin Plus account?
- Have you tried registering with your account number instead of your phone number? This can be found on the paperwork from when you signed up, and/or when you got your new phone.
- Is this happening in the app, or in a web browser?
- If in the app, have you tried deleting and reinstalling to make sure you have the latest version?
- If in a web browser, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, and/or using a different browser?

I need to pay my monthly bill but I can't. I'm asked to do "Link Bill". When I click on link bill I'm asked to enter my account or phone number. When I put my phone number it says "Unable to Register".
I need your support.

Hi,
I got an internet account a month ago and then last week I got a mobile account. I am seemingly unable to link my new mobile service to my internet service account in order to have them in one place.

Hello! I received an email saying that my wifi is not installed and I need to set up the account or it will be cancelled within 30 days. The wifi was installed last week, it has been working since with no issues. I registered for my account and now have one but I am having trouble linking my bill. I have tried both the pending and active service options and the confirmation emails and texts do not come. I have been asked multiple times for a 9 digit account number, but I can only find my 8 digit user number and my 8 digit myaccount number. When I called, nobody was there. Please help!

So I recently got an internet hook up and got the up for virgin plus installed. It's been a week and I got my bill via email and when I went to my account to pay it or hit pay from my email it shows no bill, also, it still shows that my order is not delivered and when I hit on the order details it says error with the server.
