I'm stuck on pay per use I tried to update my card and pay my thing it did not work I can't text I tried to update it 2 times I now paid for it 2 times I know my card is working since it toke the 1rst and 2nd payment shows on my account but i still can't text can i have help with this and could i get one of my payments back and go on my usual plan text and data for $15

What a joke this Virgin website is.  Does not allow you to update your credit card and when you call in, they can't do it over the phone.  I'm switching.

Hello. I mistakenly signed up for pre-authorized payments and didn't read that I would be responsible for the entire account's bill. How can I cancel the pre-authorized payments on my credit card and go back to manually paying the bill ?
