Internet down in the Orleans area?

Is anyone's internet down in the Avalon area of Orleans? I'm on Lakerdige and it's been down since yesterday evening. Bell is also down. Called the latter and they said several customers have called in and it could be 24 hrs before restoration.

We wanted to check in and see if your home internet was up and running again, or if you were still experiencing issues? If the latter, we'd recommend giving our Virtual Repair ToolOpens in a new tab or window a try (If experiencing home internet issues, try running our Virtual Repair Tool via your mobile phone). It will:

  • Look for service outages in your area
  • Check the equipment outside your home
  • Reboot all your hardware
  • Optimize the settings for your service

Let us know if you were still in need of assistance, as well as if you've followed up since the last time you received an ETA for a fix.
