I picked up a new replacement Valerie last night, all indicator lights are white and the modem display says the modem is functioning properly. When I try to sign on to access the Virgin system it says “status: down”. The page header says “My Bell Services” is that correct?

We wanted to check in and see if your home internet was up and running again, or if you were still experiencing issues? If the latter, we'd recommend giving our Virtual Repair Tool a try (If experiencing home internet issues, try running our Virtual Repair Tool via your mobile phone). It will:
- Look for service outages in your area
- Check the equipment outside your home
- Reboot all your hardware
- Optimize the settings for your service
Let us know if you were still in need of assistance; if so, please share as what troubleshooting steps you've taken.

My old modem stopped working I called virgin customer service they said to get a new modem from near virgin store so I got a new modem today plugged it in still not working what should I do ?
