Upgrading internet speed

I already had a Virgin employee install internet in my apartment - it’s 50 mps. I find it way too slow and need to upgrade as I’ve started working remotely. When I go to look up upgrade plans available in my area, it says there aren’t any. How is that possible if I already have a modem installed?

This could mean that your neighborhood is not currently capable of providing speeds beyond this level.

Keep an eye out on your My Account profile periodically to see if changes will become available in the future.

Hi,

I currently have 50 Mbps internet and want to upgrade to 100. However, the only choices I'm presented with are lower than 50. I've called several times, but the situation remains, so am reaching out here! 🙂
