Hi. I had previously set up both a 5G and a 2.4G wi-fi network on my Valerie modem but now I see only 2.4.
When I connect from a browser directly to the Valerie modem I don't see any options for managing both: just one network named xxx_2.4, where the primary network had been set up as xxx.
Also, my computer has a wired connection that it shows as xxx.
Any suggestions?

Right like same exact thing I have a technician here and even he doesn’t know, but I’m showing him that this firmware change over night is affecting my Ps5 speeds only for some reason

Hi, Hjm. I've been away so haven't had the chance to reply, but another user below, Sne0108, has provided the exact answer that I would have, so I've simply copied it here. Also (maybe obvious), you need to uncheck the box that specifies to keep the SSID name the same for all networks, assuming as in my case that you want to be able to choose the 2.4 explicitly:
Log into your modem (192.168.2.1) and click on "manage my wi-fi". Then in the new popup window top right you'll see "Whole Home Wi-fi, Let Valérie optimize Wi-Fi throughout your home " click on the toggle to turn it off. after that you'll see 2.4 & 5.0 both show, and below that you'll see the button for "advanced settings". Now, you can set 2.4, 5.0 and guest separately with individual names, and also turn off the broadcast SSID (what i mainly wanted)

Hello,
I am coming from Bell Fibe and with the modem Bell provided I had 0 issues with the printer connectivity, and before that, I had my own Wi-Fi 6 router, again with 0 printer problems, so we can rule out a printer issue.
My printer model is the Epson ET-2800, and every couple of days I have to keep completely removing and reinstalling my printer every time I need to print something. I there any way to manage Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 Ghz on Valerie Modems? Mine is not showing that option anywhere. Or at least make a connection to my printer that sticks?
