Hey @Jamoola
Thanks for your post, this is definitely not normal behavior for our services. We have a great tool called the Virtual Repair Tool that will help you troubleshoot your connection, it will look for service outages in your area, check the equipment outside your home, reboot all your hardware, and optimize the settings for your service.
Check it out and let us know if it did the trick.

We recently purchased a laptop and it’s so slow we can’t use it. We brought it back to the store and they said it’s working fine and that it has to do with our internet. How can we resolve this?

I'm about ready to give up on Virgin Plus. I pay for the 500mb service, and I've yet to come anywhere close to that. On average, it's 35mbps-50mbps, regardless of whether I'm near the modem or not. Sometimes, it'll get to 250mbps for about 2 minutes, and drop back out. The virtual diagnostics/repair doesn't come up with anything. Will I ever get the speed I'm paying for? I'm in Kanata, Ontario if that helps.
