App Issue?? or??

All of a sudden my App won’t show any internet usage movement. The upload and download and total all remain showing; BUT unchanged for a week. As well, there are three rectangular faded grey bars just whirring around (loading?) and I have to swipe past that to see the usage (albeit unchanged)!

I also notice, that when I press on the ‘new device (new modem) it says “internal service error”.

Of note, the usage updates were originally working fine since the installation of the new line/Valerie modem; so it’s not a new hook up issue!

My other two devices on the App (2 cells) reflect ongoing usage updates as normal.

Help!!

Hi @SandraBullock 

do you try to delete/uninstall  App  and reinstall and test it,

check your device software update latest version.
