My son was over today and his brilliant fiancée suggested that I download the Virgin Plus TV app to my TV. I thought that would have automatically happened and don’t recall any instructions from Virgin to do that, but my problems have now been solved. What I have actually been watching for 3 months was only what was accessible in the Amazon Firestick, and signing in through my TV provider for each app.
