Unable to access Crave via log-in

I am trying to access Crave but am no longer able to. When I in try to sign in with my credentials I get a pink bar with a red circle in the top left corner. I am not sure how to fix this problem. Any suggestions?

That does sound strange. For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please provide some more details?
- What device are you trying to log into Crave with? Is this happening with multiple devices, or just one?
- Do you share your account with multiple people (friends and family, etc)? If so, are they experiencing the same issue?
- If trying to access via a web browser, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?
- If using an app, have you made sure you have the most up to date version of said app? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling said app?
- Are you receiving any explicit error code or message when having this issue?
Lastly, if you could please provide a screenshot of your screen when trying to log in and getting this pink square / red circle, it would be greatly appreciated.
