On Demand not updating

I was watching a show regularly that is aired on Sunday nights through the on demand feature, however it is no longer being updated there despite the show continuing to air. Who can I talk to about this?

On my Virgin on demand, several shows are not updating frequently for their weekly episodes and then eventually never appear on demand. ie Gold Rush Alaska on the discovery network. Season 13. It goes from episode 1-3 then skips to 6 then skips to 8.
Would like to know why this is happening and if this a normal thing with virgin because if so I don't see a point in being a Virgin customer
