Two days ago we stopped being able to watch Virgin TV (using a Firestick). Channels just keep loading and then an error screen comes up with Error 1060. This error is not listed in the Troubleshooting webpage.
Virgin TV works on our phone apps. No other service issues. Have reset the modem, logged in /out, tried the Virtual assistant, still not working. Chatbot on website isn't working either. No email or phone number on the website to call.

Update is that after several attempts, we managed to complete the virtual repair tool process. At first I couldn't even get wifi but then the modem eventually rebooted and the next time we tried the TV it worked. It is working now. I recommend to keep trying to do that Virtual Repair. But honestly their website couldn't be more frustrating. And nowhere does it say that all you have to do is call 611 from your cell to reach them!

I am experiencing the same exact issue. Works on our phones, but not on fire tv and fire sticks.
if it doesn’t work on the tv, this service isn’t worth keeping.

We have also been experiencing this same problem for almost two weeks and have not received a resolution from virgin. We also cannot watch tv, aside from apple phones. None of our android apps/devices work with live tv (on demand works). We were told on two occasions that someone would call us back in 24 hours and have not received a phone call.
Given the error code/message and the fact that it works on our iphone, the problem seems to be on the virgin end of things.

Honestly, we are also seriously considering cancelling. This doesn't appear to be a priority and we are paying for a service that we haven't been able to use for some time.

Virgin Customer Support has not Responded to any of my Callbacks pertaining to this issue.
The last time we spoke to a technician they suggested that it might be the Chromecast, which can run everything fine, except the Virgin TV app.
I've rebooted my modem now multiple times and so far nothing.
