texting problem

Can't send texts to some people; error 28 comes up. How do I fix the problem?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

Error 28 means that the phone number you're trying to contact is not recognizable. A quick test is to erase the chat conversation and to make sure you are using the correct phone number (you may need to also enter the country code).
