number port-in from voip service provider

hi,  anyone tried to port-in a number from a voip (voice over IP) service provider?  I am using voip.ms (which is a canadian company), requested to port-in 2 times and both failed, I called the voip provider and they said they allow me to port out to Virgin once Virgin requested it, but it didn't happen.

Anyone has similar experience to share ?  port-in a number from any voip provider

hi,   the port in is still not working.

but I can't log in to the forum with my original account  to continue the private message as my number has changed when I log in with my new number the private messages are gone. Can you please private message me again at my new forum account streetsmart3388a ?
