I hear a random beep sound during voice calls. This happens only with one person I talk with. It's not notifications or incoming calls on my phone and so on. I make many voice calls to different people every week. These beeps only happen with one person, every call with this person. During a one hour call I will hear a couple of beeps. They can be a couple of minutes apart and sometimes more than 30 minutes apart. Since it always happens with the same person all the time I'm assuming it's the other person's telephone or connection. I found no answers on the internet. Would anyone be able to help as to why these beeps happen only with one person? Thank you in advance.

With the current description, it sounds like the person you're calling might be pressing digits on their screens while holding the phone or even with their cheeks without noticing.
If you notice this concern on other calls, give us or our technical support team a shout and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Hey there @Dom ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
The way it sounds by your description, your assumption sounds correct.
The beep could be the result of many different things and most likely coming from a notification received on their end.
If the other person notices the same on many calls, they would need to reach out to their service provider.

Hi. I called the person yesterday. The call lasted 47 minutes. During the call I heard 3 beeps. The first one 20 seconds into the call. The second beep 35 minutes into the call. The third beep 45 minutes into the call. He told me he doesn't hear any beeps on his end. I have run out of ideas what the problem could be. It's not any kind of notification or incoming call. It only happens with one caller all the time.

That is quite strange.
We know this may be hard to explain, however can you elaborate on what you mean by beep, is it similar to a second line caller beep or even a notification beep or it impairs the call itself?
Have you got in touch with our technical support team to get it checked out? If so was a ticket started on the matter?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi. It's a beep similar to someone pressing on a button on a telephone keypad. I did not contact technical support. In the past month I did calls with 18 different people. The beeps happen with only one person, on every call with this one person. I talk with this person once a week for a couple of years. The beeps only happen with this person. I don't understand how the problem could be on my end. If these beeps happened on calls with other people then I would conclude the problem is on my end. The beeps are annoying.
