Network reception can be affected by many factors such as topography, line of sight to towers, being indoors versus outdoors, etc.
If you're located in a low network area, we suggest giving Wi-Fi calling
a try and if you're in a fully covered area, we suggest getting in touch with our technical support team so that it can be verified.
