I transferred my account from Bell a couple of months ago. I got a message from Bell saying that they are still showing my phone number as being registered with Bell. I just want to ensure that my number has been fully transferred to Virgin and that Bell is somehow mistaken. Bell says that if I don't ensure that they are transferred by June 20th then I could lose ownership of my phone number. Everything looks fine with my Virgin account.

Hey there @Puzzled ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Once you accepted the port authorization SMS, the phone number would be transferred and if the phone number is currently with us and working, you shouldn't have any issues.
Can you share with the Community the message you've received in question (please make sure to hide any personal information and phone numbers from the image) in order for us to have a look into it.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for responding to my original question. I would hate to lose my phone number, but since everything is set up with Virgin I think I'm okay. This is the message that I received from Bell. "We have been reaching out about your Bell Plan that is about to expire and have not heard back from you. If you do not move your plan before June 20th, Bell will be disconnecting your services and you could lose your phone number. I don't want to see that happen! Review those other emails I sent you for next steps. If you do not have those emails let me know ASAP. All the best!"

The verbatim used in the message seems odd to me, I would suggest to get in touch with them directly (not via the email chain in question) to make sure everything is in order if you have other services with them.
Let the Community know if you have more questions.
