Phone number change inquiry

I had my phone number changed in an attempt to avoid harassment but it continued. And i work in a bank, so having 69 in my phone number really isn't helping me. Does anyone know if they'd be willing to change my phone number back?

When a mobile number is changed, it automatically goes into an aging period (will not be reassigned) for 90 days.
