Data not working

I have 9GB of data but my data will not turn on, even at full bars. Not on airplane mode, I have restarted my device several times, and followed all the instructions on the Virgin Mobile help page. Nothing. LG Velvet. What am I paying for????

Hey there @rachtim2222, Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps that you've completed so far.

Are you able to confirm and answer the following:

  • Have you verified that your device OS is updated to it's latest version?
  • Have you made any modifications to your rate plan on MyAccount recently?
  • Are any other services on your phone affected?
