hello, i haven’t been able to access internet on my phone since i started using this sim card earlier this week.

  • What is the make and model of your phone.
  • Was the phone acquired at Virgin Plus or from a different carrier?
  • Have you checked your plan on My Account to ensure no features were missing?
  • Do you have a Postpaid or Prepaid account?
  • Have you completed any other troubleshooting?
