Good morning, @Call display . Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
You can not change your display name when you make a call. You can however hide your name from displaying on an individual call or all call basis.
To block your mobile phone number on a per-call basis, dial #31# before each phone number you call.
To permanently block your number, go to your Settings menu for your mobile device and select the option to display or hide your caller ID. If you have permanently blocked your number, you can unblock it on a per-call basis by dialing *31# before you dial each phone number.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

I have the same question (how to change my name when I call.) The name that comes up when I call a stranger (which I have to do a lot) is an old company name. I have not had the company for almost 15 years, and yet it still comes up when I call. Is there a way to fix this so that my actual name (or new company name) comes up?

My wife and I just switched from Rogers to Virgin Plus about a week ago. We both have new Samsung S24 phones. Before the switch, when my wife called her sister, her sister saw my wife's name as her phone rang. Now, my wife's sister sees Unverified. (I already tried going to phone app settins > Supplementary Services and setting Show your caller ID to Always. No effect.) Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Thanks!

I recently found my birth brother and want to contact him but don’t want him to have my number yet.
Can I send a text or call with my number blocked.

My caller ID is showing up as a random business and not my own name. Is there any way to change this? I tried calling support and they were no help.
