Change Plan and Then Change Back

Can you change your plan upward for one month and then change it back the next month? Specifically, I want to change my 250 MB data plan to the 30 GB plan for one month, then change it back to the 250 MB plan.

Also, if you can change your plan this way, when does it take effect? On the date that your original plan is renewed, or immediately when you change the plan?

Thanks

Good morning, @Jim2. Thanks for your post.

While this is in principle possible and supported, it's important to keep in mind that we're unable to guarantee that your old plan will still be available once you decide to switch back. Once a plan is no longer in circulation, it's unable to be brought back under any circumstances.

A representative will otherwise be happy to do their best to get you to as close as possible a plan if your previous one is no longer available. 🙂

Let us know if you have any further questions.

I would like to upgrade my plan for one month to get extra data while I am travelling, then change it back to the lower data next month. Would I be allowed to do that?
