Calls only work half the time

So so much regret on switching to Virgin. I was with lucky. My service was good.my bill was cheap. 

Convinced to switch to Virgin. I can never call out! Unless I hit call end call end call end until it goes though. And keep in mind I have full bars at this time. 

And yes, I've reset my network settings and restarted the phone.

This is very odd and sounds like a connection issue with the SIM card, are you currently using a physical SIM or an eSIM?

What device are you currently using and what operating system is it running?

If you need a new SIM you can acquire one here.
