Issues receiving calls and sending calls from Samsung calls and numbers being spoofed from Sim cards I just got from Virgin mobile

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your calls. If so, could you please clarify a few details for the Community to be better able to assist?
- You specifically mention "from Samsung" - did you recently get a new phone? If so, was it from Virgin Plus, or from a third party seller? If the latter, it would be considered grey market and we would not be able to guarantee service
- Have you tried inserting your SIM card into a previous or different phone to confirm if the issue is specifically with your phone or the network?
- Have you taken the time to speak to Tech Support and open a ticket?
- Is your phone Wi-Fi Calling
compatible? If so, we would recommend setting that up to assist with your service.

I have gone through all the steps with virgin mobile as I am still having this issue 2 weeks after the ticket was opened and all my phones have been bought from vurgin mobile themselves I have tried several phones and it has proven its a Sim card issue but virgin has stone walled me in dealing with this issue
