Unsubscribe from Roam Sweet Roam

Hi, I have two accounts under my name. In one of the number, I purchased the internet data pass while in USA for 10.00 USD per day. Now I want to turn it off. How can I do that? I am unable to access the online account as it is saying that there are technical issues since yesterday. However, I am having a penalty of 10.00 per day. Please guide asap.

Text REMOVEROAM to 6800

Hi,

After getting a text saying a member of my plan was roaming with Roam Sweet Roam after landing for a connecting flight, I instructed them to unsubcribe from / disable Roam Sweet Roam by texting the number 6800 "REMOVEROAM". This removed the travel add-on according to the app, plus a text saying Roam Sweet Roam has been removed from the line. I thought that would be all. Then they landed in their final destination, turned off airplane mode, and yet still I get another notification saying that they are roaming again and that "This member has Roam Sweet Roam". They should not have Roam Sweet Roam any longer, so why?

The first Roam Sweet Roam text was at 4:44 PM, then we disabled Roam Sweet Roam at around 6:15 PM, then the second Roam Sweet Roam text (in a different country from the first) was at 11:06 PM, all May 30 2025 Eastern Time.

I do not want to get charged twice for Roam Sweet Roam and want this feature completely removed from this line.
