Refer a friend

I just went in and tried referring a friend in order to receive the $50.  Credit to my friend and to me. My friend does not have a computer so we do not qualify.  If the company is so proud of their promotion maybe they should look at making it accessible to all.    This is to me a issue of misrepresentation as it leads you to believe it is good for all.
I like Virgin but definitely do not like this issue.  Very disappointing.

I have a neighbour who I want to refer and get some discounts. How does one do that☺️

Hi I just activate my number yesterday and my friend gave me a referral code to use. Where can I enter that code? I can’t find it in the self serve app.
Please advise. Thank you.

I registered refer a friend program after activate my Virgin phone plan. Can I still receive $50 referral credit? The employee in the Bell store says I need to do it after activate my plan but in the website it says I need to register before activate my plan. Any one know this?
