Member Benefits offers for alternate needs

Can we get Member Benefit offers that are directed to our needs?  I am a retired senior who lives alone and has mobility issues. I have no need to travel or join a gym.  I do not buy more than $100 of groceries at one time ever.

Offers that match a single person household who has mobility issues.  $50 goceries limit rather than $100. Home delivery meals again targeted to a single person.  Restaurant delivery. Home appliances.
