What this ever resolved ? My issue is that they reassured me over and over they put my correct shipping address in ...I talked to 5 Agents ..Canada Post Validated that the address they are shipping it to is not my address . So they all stated it was updated and that canada post has the correct info. I'm scared someone else will sign for this like what happened to you and Virgin will try and force me to pay for it .

I placed an order for a new phone but I didn't update my address till after the order was placed how do I get it to go to new address?
