Do discounts carry over if I change my plan?

The base prices of my plan went up for a couple of my numbers, but the discounts are still there for maybe another 12 months.

When I go into self serve, there are some cheaper loyalty plans that offset the increase.  If I go and change it, do my discounts transfer too?

Hi there @epcjay.

Welcome to the Community.

Discounts are subject to eligibility conditions determined on a case by case basis. As the Community is a peer to peer support system, we wouldn't be able to say specifically for your case.

As a rule of thumb though, it's best to assume loyalty plans aren't compatible with additional loyalty discounts.

Im on a Virgin plus plan from black friday. Its BYOD 20 gb for $55 with a $30 credit and a $5 refer a friend credit. Which brings it down to $20. Recent i saw my plan has increased to $58 for some reason but they did add an extra $3 to cover that increase. But in my offers section online, they are offering me BYOD 20gb for $50. If i change to the $50 dollar plan, will my current credits carry-over to the new plan? So the $38 will bring the $50 plan down to $12?

If I change my current plan, would I lose the promotion discount
