Credit on file, why am I getting a payment notice

Why do I get a text message saying I owe 32 dollars by Dec 29th, yet my account shows a 68 dollar credit? Do people in billing not talk to each other?

It sounds like most likely the SMS notice was sent prior to your payment being processed and completed. The SMS notifications are automatically generated based off your balance owed when your bill is issued - if you've already completed payment, and especially if you can see that it's been completed and applied in your My Account profile, you can disregard the notifications in question.
