Creating refer a friend link error

I am trying to create a "refer a friend" link here (https://www.virginplus.ca/en/hot-offers/refer-a-friend.html?province=BC&geoResult=BC#bp_top). However, when I submit the request, it gives me this reCAPTCHA error: "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key"

What I tried so far:

1.Using different browser tried many times(chrome, safari, edge)

2.Clear browsers' cookies and cache.

3.Restart PC and browser,

Neither worked.

Please help....

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

We would like to start and say, great troubleshooting attempts and that is odd that you're receiving a reCAPTCHA error. If you've met all of the requirement to register and still receiving this error, try turning your browser in incognito mode and make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned fully off. You can also try via your mobile browser. 

Give that a shot and keep us posted.

I also have this problem. I don't have to make the browser in incognito mode, but, can you just sent me the refer link?

I have this problem as well and I tried everything. Maybe this is something from your end.

I used another email address and it worked.

I am also trying to refer a friend - first it said that I will find in my dashboard. its very difficult when theres no instructions.  it should automatically have a button [ REFER A FRIEND ] at the top of the dashboard simple like any other website.
