Concern regarding new mobile

Hello everyone, 

I came to canada in mid September and immediately I took virgin sim card because of its good service and loyalty. Now I am planning to buy a new phone, but virgin booth told me that I should wait for atleast 3 months to get a deal on my new phone. 

My current phone is not working properly and I am in hurry to buy a new phone. Please suggest me ways to do it. I am getting better deals from other services but I wish to continue with virgin only.

I am planning to buy iPhone 13 (128 GB). But it is showing that I am not eligible to buy phone because my 3 month period with virgin is not yet completed. Please suggest me as your younger brother.

With a new activation such as yours, you would need to complete a 3 month period. Once the 3 months is up and your account and payments are kept up to date and on time you will have the ability to process a Sweet Pay Hardware Upgrade to a brand new shiny device of your liking.
