Cineplex 2 for 1 promotion

Hi,

I received my promotion code for the cineplex tickets offer but I am unable to redeem it online. It says Voucher cannot be redeemed for this showtime. However I selected a show on Sunday and before Dec 15th, 2024. I don’t know why the code is not working anymore. I haven’t used once since the promotion began this year.

That does sound odd. Have you taken the time to review our "Good to know" details on eligibility conditions for redeeming the 2 for 1 promotion? Cineplex does also have their own conditions as well, which you can find on their Cineplex Promotions page under Virgin Plus 2-4-1 Program 2024.
