I would like to switch my prepaid account to monthly since it's been an extremely frustrating time trying to get topping up to work for me but I want to keep the same number , is this possible and how would I go about doing this ? Or do I need to get a different number and start a new account ?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. While Prepaid to Postpaid migrations are possible, it will depend on your account and credit status.
To verify if you are eligible for a monthly service; give our sales team a shout.
To get in touch with our sales team; Check out our Contact Us page and select Shopping and Orders > Mobility, from there you will have the option to chat with them or to call them.
