I purchased a plan with Virgin, switching from another company... 2-3 days before Black Friday. I was insured not to worry, I could use the Holiday saver if the Black Friday deal had decreased. I submitted a ticket  online (on the holiday saver) on Black Friday to insure I received that deal. I still haven’t head anything back.
