Billing History Redirects to Home Page

Whenever I try to access https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/MyBill/BillHistory/

it redirects to https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/MyBill/BillHistory/Unauthorized

and then https://benefits.virginplus.ca/en/members-lounge/index.html

It would be nice to see bills further back than 18 months, I am looking for 2021 and 2022 records.

Are you logged into your My Account profile when trying to view your bills via this method? If so, please try using this link instead - View My BillOpens in a new tab or window. We would also recommend trying to view your bill via the My Account app to see if it's persistent via that method as well.

As for previous bills, you can review your bills for the past 18 months via My Account, if you would need bills details past that time, a special request needs to be made via a Member Care representative.

I'm in the "My bill" screen and I want to vie past invoices (past March 2022). On this screen, there's a tag "History". I'm clicking on it and once I'm on this screen, your software redirect me to a promotional screen. I don't want that promotional screen and there is no way too exit out. If I click on the back arrow, it brings me back to the "My bill" screen. Is there a way to have access to my "History" screen, without going to the promotional screen or a way to exit out from that promotional screen. Thank you.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. 

@VirginPlusKris i tried clicking on the link you provided in your response to the OP, but it did the same thing.

Could you please confirm a few details for the Community to be better able to assist?

  • Are you trying to view your bills in the My Account app, or in a web browser?
  • If the former, could you please confirm that your phone is up to date on the most recent version of its respective OS? Please make sure the app is also up to date in your respective app store. You may also consider deleting and reinstalling the app altogether.
  • If you're using a web browser on a home computer, could you try clearing your cookies & cache and trying again? Furthermore, please make sure you're using the most up to date version of your web browser of choice. For optimal support, it's suggested you use the most recent version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

If none of these work, please provide the following details.

If on mobile:

  • What phone you're using.
  • What version of its OS you're using.

If on a home computer:

  • What version of Windows or iOS you're using.
  • What version of your browser of choice you're using.

If you had taken any other troubleshooting steps not otherwise shared here, we would greatly appreciate if you shared them with the Community.

We would also like to reiterate again that you will not be able to view bills past the most recent 18 months through your My Account profile. For access to said bills, you will need to reach out and speak to a Member Care representative.

SAME HERE!!!   I need to see the older bills for my 2022 TAXES.  It just flashes away.

Every time I try to go to view bill history (https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/MyBill/BillHistory/) it redirects me to the member benefits page (https://benefits.virginplus.ca/en/members-lounge/index.html). I set up a call appointment with Virgin, talked to someone at customer service, and the moment I mentioned there was something wrong with the website and I couldn't view my bill history, she hung up on me (or the call was dropped for some reason). I have wasted over an hour of my day on this useless website.

I am also having the same issue. I was able to view the last 18 months of bills by pressing print, when I am on the "my bill page", then I can download those, but if I try to click bill comparison or history, it redirects to a promotional page. It initially does load to the history page and then suddenly redirects. I am on a Macbook air on updated chrome browser. 

How can I get a total receipt for 2023 for income tax purposes
