Basketball tickets - the promo code you entered does not apply to your current order.

Hi there

I have tried purchasing basketball tickets using the member benefits promo. I am over the $250 total but the promo code is not working. I am not using any other promo codes. It  says "Gift card invalid. Sorry, the promo code you entered does not apply to your current order."

Please help.
