Account suspended for going near the spending limit

Hi, I recently went on with a 24 month plan with virgin for my iPhone 13. I thought i already paid for my first month but apparently it didn’t charge me yet and I’ve been using the 200$ on my account for texting and calling

my Account was suspended so I put another 200 on it and nothing happened, I still have no service and now it’s letting me pay my bill but every time I pay for the amount due, it shows that my new amount due is the money I just put on my account. I’m extremely confused and upset because I’ve been putting over 200 dollars on my account and nothing has been happening

My account was suspended for exceeding my limit. I have paid the bill but my account is yet to be restored. I am unable to call the customer rep because I do not have service on my phone.

I cannot use my services even if i paid my bills, I can’t access my services, what is the issue?

Hey, so I know the worker explained to me how the spending limit works. However, I didn’t really quite get it until I installed the Virgin app. There was $200 for the limit, and I noticed below the limit, it said “spending allowance left”. What happens if I went over the limit? Am I going to pay for the $200 or more?

How is it that people get suspended before due date?

 

I got a text saying I needed to pay my bill June 1st but when I tried to make a call on May 23rd, my call was redirected to Virgin. Why was I not made aware of this until I needed to make a call? I checked my emails and texts and only got messages regarding paying my bill before June 1 which it was paid on the 30th of May.
