I just joined Virgin yesterday due to sale rep told me that the plan's add-on 1000 LD including Taiwan. I want to confirm that the 1000 LD minutes is covered for Taiwan land line and cellular line. Thank you.

Hello! Is there a ZERO fee/ cost after using this 1000 free minutes or any hidden cost?

If the full 1000 minutes are used before the end of the current billing period, you would be subject to normal international long distance calling rates. When your next billing period begins, the add-on resets to the full 1000 minutes being available to use again.

Hi, I just switched to Virgin Mobile and the rep told me that Philippines is included in the 200 minutes free international call. Is this true?

I have virgin plus postpaid sim. The current plan is 34$/months.With this i get 1000minutes of long distance calling. Since this month I had barely used 25 minutes in total . BUT when I checked my balance it says you only have 510 minutes left and they said you only have 530 minutes in total.I am very frustrated if this still goes on I will take no longer for me to start using antiher companies services!!
