Hi
im new to virgin plus and I bought a sim and did a $100/year prepaid plan with 400 minutes and 400 texts. But I cannot send text messages or make phone calls and receive the insufficient funds notice each time.
In my account, it shows that my prepaid plan is good until November 2024 and that I haven’t had any usage on my 400/400 amount.

Hi @_Cdez
if you porting in, do you get SMS to you reply yes to approval the porting.
or getting a new number then try rebooting your device,& add 1 before you are code,
if still not working then contact to support by chat live with agent or call them.
