Thanks for troubleshooting with us and keeping us updated.
Since you were able to confirm that the issue is isolated to the use of the YouTube website on the Google Chrome browser and it's working perfectly on a different browser, the issue would be with the Google Chrome browser and not related to the Virgin Plus Internet service.
We suggest reaching out to the Google Chrome Support services to get it verified.
Keep us posted on the results.

Hey there @joe18,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
The Community will need more details in order to help;
- Are you referring to your home internet or mobile internet/YouTube app?
- Which browser are you trying to use?
- Have you tried to clear your cookies and cache and try again?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the details @joe18,
This does sound like a YouTube specific issue as you indicated that you have no issues with other sites and are able to navigate freely.
To continue with YouTube troubleshooting, the Community will need a few more details in order to help;
- Are you referring to YouTube clips themselves or a normal YouTube video?
- Are you using Google Chrome on your mobile or home computer and is it up to date?
- Are you attempting to ChromeCast the clips/video?
- If you're referring to YouTube clips, are you able to watch regular YouTube videos?
- Have you tried an alternate browser such as Firefox or Safari?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
