Steve has problem connecting to one device

All other devices are functioning great on the network. My laptop reads "no internet, secured" when using the Wifi. I restarted the laptop and modem several times and split the 2.4 and 5 networks with no results.

From your description, since the service is working as it should with your other devices, it sounds like the issue could be coming from your laptop and not Steve. 

below are a few things that you can try; 

  • Verify that your laptop is updated to it's latest OS version.
  • Contact your laptops manufacturer to ensure your settings are saved properly.
  • If your laptop has no updates available, complete a manufacture reset. 
  • Connect your laptop directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable.

Test those solutions and keep the Community updated with the results.

I have a same problem and my lan top works with other network but not with wifi of virgin
