Hello ! Just became a new customer the other day and my order said the installation day was yesterday (I opted for self install so just waiting on the delivery) at the end of the day yesterday, I contacted customer care just to be safe to see if it was in a normal time frame and they said it should be there by either 9pm yesterday or 5pm today.
It's now 4:08pm
If it reaches 5 should I call customer care again? Is this normal?

Self-Install is a great way to go. Once the Modem is shipped, delivery times can vary depending on how busy the delivery service is in your region.
