Is there a way to obtain a static IP?

Hi

There is a lot of power outages where i live and i noticed my extern ip has changed with the latest outage. As i'm hosting some custom services i need to share with a friend, i could use a fixed ip. Is there a way to get a fixed ip address ? Right now i need to share my new extern ip each time it changes and it's not a great situation

Sadly no, fixed IPs are not available for Virgin Plus customers.

Is it possible to get a static IP? I need it.
