Firestick buffering

Hi.

I use firesticks for streaming.   The last couple of days all my channels are constantly buffering.   Not sure what to do.

As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, more details will be needed; 

  • Which service do you have with Virgin Plus?
  • Are you referring to our Virgin Plus TV Channels or from a third party app?
  • Have you tried to restart your modem & apps?
  • Is your Firestick and apps updated to their latest versions?
  • Are other services being affected?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
