Error code: 1101

I have this error with my Steve Router: Error code: 1101

"You're currently not getting the best performance from your Internet service."

What could be the reason of this issue?

How recently did this error start turning up? Did you make any changes to your service recently that might've prompted it?

If you haven't tried already, we'd recommend giving our Virtual Repair ToolOpens in a new tab or window a try. It will:

  • Look for service outages in your area
  • Check the equipment outside your home
  • Reboot all your hardware
  • Optimize the settings for your service

No changes has been made to the service.
The tool says: Outside problem.
