Virgin Plus TV on Virgin Wifi

I am getting the message saying I must be at home on my Virgin Wifi to watch certain channels on Virgin Plus TV.  I get the message on all devices.  I only have Virgin Wifi and have verified all my devices are connected to Virgin Wifi. I've tried rebooting devices, including the modem.  Any ideas what's wrong?

OK - problem solved.  I have Virgin Wifi at both my cottage and at home. When I signed up for Virgin Wifi and TV I wanted to test it first at my cottage... so the TV service was associated with the service location (postal code) of my cottage.  About a week later, I added Wifi to my home. To the TV app this is a different location (obviously).  Solution: Cancel TV from my cottage location and add it to my home location... the channels started working almost immediately.  So - when the message says "... you must be at home..." it really means you must be at the TV service location.  If you want all channels at all service locations you have Virgin Wifi, I was told you have to add the TV service to each service location.

I have the same problem and called many times.  It was fixed once but lasted only 1 hour.  I was told by the technician that it is something they need to change on the server.  Every other time I get stupid comments like I have too many connection to my wifi.  If that was the case nothing would work, not just a few channels.  If you get an answer please post it.
