unknown phone number forwarding to my cell

On the last bill, there is a number that keeps forwarding their cell phone number to my cell number, each time I am charged 1-minute usage.  I have blocked the number but I do not know if that is enough to prevent further charges.

I inquired with Facebook support regarding this issue.  First off make sure you are not forwarding you calls in your phone.  Next turn off the line forwarding using the following codes by typing them in your phone call area and pressing call.
#61#, #62# and #67#

be careful to look at the response that returns from the phone system to make sure you have turned off the options, these codes are like a light switch, they can turn on the selection is off or off if on.  But in this way, this prevents someone from using your number to forward calls to you and thus charge that action to your phone bill.  

Also, apparently, there has been a rash of forwarded calling in my area.  People do not like telemarketers calling so they forward those calls to someone else.

Can someone provide me with the correct dial code sequences, from my phone's call app, to both enable and disable call forwarding for all incoming telephone calls, to another North American telephone number please?

I have seen a couple posted, but they do not work.  I am using a Samsung S24, and there is a way to enable and disable call forwarding from within the settings menu of the device, but I was also looking for the dialing sequence codes.
