how to switch old phone for new phone

I want to cancel my old phone and add my new phone to my Virgin account. How do I do this?

This is a great question, however we will need a little more clarification. 

- Is it a Postpaid account or Prepaid account?

- How did you acquire the new device (Hardware upgrade, purchased outright)?
